Musician Dada KD in a phone-in interview with Nana Kwame Gyan on No.1 105.3 FM on Sunday has explained that he didn’t actually mean he’s going to die today or tomorrow.
In a Facebook post, Dada KD wrote;
“May your gentle soul find you a perfect place to keep Bishop Bernard Nyarko. My regards to Kofi B and tell him it won’t be long. I’ll join you all too soon. our industry sucks.”
In clarifying the above statement, Dada KD said;
“I will follow them soon doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m dying today or tomorrow. I know how it feels. At my age, dying won’t be a surprise, but the death of Bishop Nyarko hit me hard, hence my statement”.
He also lamented on how most people enjoy his music but fails to celebrate him while he is alive.
