Ghanaian rapper, Okyeame Kwame nicknamed “rap doctor” has made it known in an interview monitored by wysepromotions.com that he can’t call himself the best rapper anymore.
In response to still being the best rapper alive, the “rap doctor” answered in the negative, suggesting he wants to be the best Ghanaian alive.
“10 years ago, I’d have said yes, but it’s not a competition anymore. I’m even shy to call myself the best rapper. Rather, I want to be known as the best Ghanaian alive,” Okyeame told Amansan Krakye on GBC Radio Central.
The “Made In Ghana” hitmaker added that the rap game is controlled by the young ones now and would not want to compete with them.
“Rappers like Flowking Stone, TeePhlow, EL, Sarkodie are the ones on top and I won’t want to be in competition with them. Now it’s about contribution, and how to push Ghana to the world stage,” Okyeame Kwame states.
In May 2019, Okyeame Kwame released a 14 track album titled “Made in Ghana,” representing the cultures of the Ghanaian people.
