I’m Underrated And Depressed – Cabum Cries

One of Ghana’s hottest rappers and music producers has made known to the masses about his current condition.

Frank Kwame Gyasi-Frimpong a.k.a Cabum made some confession on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz Show. He revealed how depression has taken over his life as a musician and a family man. He made this assertion as to the effects of the current Covid-19 pandemic and how it has affected the industry. He further said he is scared about what’s happening because of the Covid-19 effect.

“Really bad, things have been slow. There’s no show and nothing is happening. All is about going to the studio and recording and nothing new. Now making money is really hard because one can’t have a show”, that’s a response to Sammy Forson.

He made a clearance of not going to give up in order to fight the depression at the moment.

The “Zakari” hit maker also said the industry isn’t appreciating his effort in the rap game and music industry and feels some sabotage from an unknown entity.

“I feel I’m doing all it takes to hit the A-list standard but it is not reflecting the effort I put out. And that makes me feel under appreciated by the Ghanaian music industry”, he lamented.

In a response to Sammy Forson, he said nobody in Ghana music industry can rap better than him and he doesn’t know what exactly is keeping his shine and there could be a mass trying to hunt his shine and blocking him.

The OM singer has revealed that he’s preparing to release his 2nd studio album which will show the other side of Cabum D’Chedishi which is a live band recording and Cabum has a new hardcore rap tune out with the title “He’s Pretending”.
