Fante Rap God, Kofi Kinaata’s response to those who wish for him to sing in English is that the late Michael Jackson never sang in Fante.
In a dialogue on Okay 101.7FM, Host Abeiku Santana asked why he has no songs composed in English, the “Things fall apart” hitmaker swiftly said the king of pop didn’t have a song in our language.
“Michael Jackson never composed a Fante song,” Kofi Kinaata answered.
Kofi Kinaata has a collection of many hits including “Behind the scenes,” “Adam and Eve,” “Play” among others.
