Ghanaian hip-hop musician, Medikal has been spotted in series of meetings with CEO of Ghana’s media conglomerate, Salt Media GH — Ohene Kwame Frimpong.
The latest of the meetings between the two is rumored to be about a new business endorsement deal worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. It is unclear what brand is involved, as Ohene Kwame Frimpong continued his closed discussions with Medikal.
While we wait for details of the purported big cash deal for Medikal, here is highlights of all the ways the two are connected to wow you.
1. COMMON SURNAME. Medikal’s real name is Samuel Adu Frimpong while CEO of Salt Media GH is also called Ohene Kwame Frimpong. Could this more more than a coincidence?
2. COMMON BIRTH MONTH. The fact that both Medikal and Mr Ohene Kwame Frimpong are April borns is not as astonishing as the closeness of their days of births. Medikal celebrates his birthday on April 5 while Ohene Kwame Frimpong celebrates his on April 6. Just a day apart.
3. Wait, we aren’t done yet. Recently, Medikal named his baby girl Island Frimpong, a name he cherishes so much that it also became the title of one of his albums.
