Award-winning Ghanaian act Shatta Wale features in the new movie “Black is King” by Beyonce.
Beyonce announced the trailer of her new film on her Instagram with a message.
This new film will premiere globally on the 31st July, 2020 and was motivated by the soundtrack of the Disney film “Lion King”.
According to Beyonce, this new trailer the “Black Is King” is a visual collection of her soundtrack “Lion King: The Gift” which features Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and other top acts from the African countries namely Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi and a host of international acts including Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Jay – Z, Jessie Reyez, Pharrell, and her daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
